Although the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning satisfactory, our concern was left unaddressed.While the property exudes luxury with its pool and VIP check-in/out services, the lack of immediate issue resolution might detract from the overall value. The property offers free Wi-Fi, but the absence of housekeeping services is noted.For travelers seeking a moderate balance between cost and luxury, Grass Residences Tower 5 provides a decent option.
